Typing on the left updates tax, discounts, shipping, and the balance due on the right. Receipts, quotes, and pay stubs use the same editor, with Classic, Modern, and Minimal layouts. Documents stay in the current browser. There is no signup and no sync to another device.

A: No. You can fill one in and download the PDF without signing in. The draft stays in this browser and does not appear on another device by itself.

A: Drafts and Brand Kit stay on the device. Scan & fill only sends content for that request and does not store it. Clarity recordings may include on-page text; the pay stub area is masked.
Q: Can an accepted quote become an invoice?
A: Yes. Open the quote and choose Convert to invoice. The client, line items, tax, and layout carry over with a new invoice number.
Q: Does the pay stub tool calculate income tax?
A: It does not calculate federal or state income-tax withholding. Social Security at 6.2% and Medicare at 1.45% are editable preset rows. Enter other deductions from your payroll records.
