What Is This Website?
Empacer is a voice-first AI assistant for small-business owners, operated by Empacer Limited in Cyprus. The owner states the business and the specific task by voice or by typing. It drafts social posts, customer replies, a plan for the week, and documents cleaned up from invoices or photos. Business facts stay in About you. Finished work is handed over as a card for the owner to approve, and it is not sent without that approval. The web app is at app.empacer.com. There is also an Android app. An iOS app has not been released.
Key Features
- Give a task by voice or text, and attach a photo or a file as well.
- Save business facts in About you, and mark guesses so they can be corrected.
- Turn posts, replies, weekly plans, and documents into cards that go out only after approval.
- Ask to connect email, a calendar, or social apps only when a task needs them.
- When a task stops, state which step it stopped on and what has already been saved.
- Keep a task record, and allow a finished file to be opened or shared.
Common Use Cases
- In the morning a shop owner dictates an ad, receives image notes and copy, and publishes it themselves.
- At midday they say they will be late for a customer, read the short reply, and decide whether to send it.
- Before leaving they hand over an invoice or price list, approve the summary or cleaned file, and then send it.
- At the start of the week they read the home-screen task list and handle posts and follow-ups in an order that fits the business.
Who Is It For?
- Owners of very small businesses who also handle clients, content, and paperwork.
- People who would rather speak first and approve each outward message.
- People already using Gmail, a calendar, or Instagram who want drafts to reach those tools.
- Teams that need a bot to answer customer calls are a poor fit. Empacer does not take those calls.
- People who want a published price list, or only a free core product, are also a poor fit.
How Does It Compare?
The public pages show how it is used, not a ranking.
- Business facts live in About you. Prices and tone you have corrected carry into the next draft, so you do not restate them from a blank chat each time.
- Outward content stays on a card by default. If the needed tool is not connected, the result stays in the account and is not sent on its own.
- A single published monthly fee and a free core product do not match this one. The quote appears before payment. Free courses and small tools are separate from the subscription.
Pricing Details
Empacer's pricing page says the assistant is a paid subscription, not a free product. The page does not list one monthly or yearly price. The FAQ says plans come in different lengths; before payment you see the amount, the billing period, and the renewal price; the quote can differ from one person to another.
One subscription covers the web account and the Android app. A purchase on the website is managed in the account. A purchase on Google Play is billed and canceled in Google Play. To avoid the next charge on a website subscription, cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Access continues until that period ends. There is no blanket refund promise. Website orders go to support@empacer.com, and the support team handles each request on its own.
Free courses and free tools on empacer.com do not require this subscription. The price to use is the quote shown before payment.
FAQ
Q: Is Empacer free?
A: The assistant itself is not free. It is a paid subscription. Before payment you see the amount, the period, and the renewal price. Courses and small tools on the site are separate and do not need this subscription.
Q: Is there an iPhone app?
A: The app page says iOS has not been released. Until then, open app.empacer.com in a browser. Android is available on Google Play.
Q: Will it post or reply by itself?
A: The site says posts, replies, and email wait for your approval by default. Posting straight to Instagram also depends on whether Meta grants access. Otherwise you publish it yourself.
Q: Does it answer customer calls?
A: No. Voice is only how you give Empacer a task. It does not take calls from your customers.
Why We Recommend?
It fits owners who can already describe their business and do not want to start from a blank prompt each time. You dictate a post, a reply, or paperwork, and it drafts from the facts in About you, while you still approve anything that goes out. The condition is that you accept a quote that is not published in advance, and that you check names, dates, and amounts yourself.
